We strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture to deliver exceptional patient experiences and create a strong work environment. - Boise Ortho/ENT med/surg is a fast-paced 35 bed Surgical unit caring mostly for post-op orthopedics patients. that is an ideal place to build strong clinical skills while caring for an increasingly diverse patient population. Typical RN to patient ratios on this unit are 1:5.
