Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 Benefits: Medical, dental, 401k with match, life, STD, LTD, paid time off, paid holidays Schedule: Monday - Friday Location: On-site The Director of Operations is responsible for maintaining and improving operational systems and procedures and communicating this information with franchisees and corporate stores. The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operating success and profitability of corporate stores. They provide leadership to the operations team to embrace the company's core values and partner with franchisees and corporate stores to effectively manage to company operational excellence and brand standards. Required Skills and Abilities Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to build teams and optimize the organization design of team Ability to travel up to 5 0% of the time to store locations Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to understand and build budgets Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, or related field 10+ years in restaurant industry 5+ years as manager 2+ years as multi-unit manager Previous franchise owner or franchisor leadership experience Experience scaling organizations Experience opening multiple restaurants in a given year Experience leading teams Experience optimizing or streamlining processes Experience consulting or influencing leaders Experience managing budgets of $1M+ Job Posted by ApplicantPro
