F-16 Depot Mechanic (F16,F18,F22,F35) Location: Greenville, SCJob ID: #69159Pay Range: $32-38Required: F-16 or other legacy fighter (F16,F18,F22,F35) Work with one of the Largest American Owned Aerospace & Defense CompaniesSUMMARY*Mechanic will perform/assist with all launch, recovery, preflight/thru flight/Basic Post Flight inspections, ground handling, maintenance, engine runs, operational checkouts, and servicing.*Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of all electro-mechanical and Pnuedralic Pneumatic and/or Hydraulic Systems and components on the aircraft.*Responsible for the acceptableness of all electrical, hydraulic-pneumatic, propulsion, landing gear, flight control surfaces and periodic inspections, general airframe condition, aircraft furnishings and crew escape system of the aircraft.*Will be required to remove panels and associated hardware to obtain access equipment requiring repair.REQUIREMENTS-Must have minimum of 4 years F-16 or other legacy fighter heavy maintenance experience.-Must be able to work first or second shift-Must be extremely versed in F-16, Fighter type mechanic experience Crew Chiefs, Plane Captains, etc people that have done maintenance on fighters or other heavy related maintenance.- Military Fighter aircraft experience (F-16 a MUST)Must be able to work (1st) First or (2nd) Second shiftNo tools RequiredRequired: F-16 or other legacy fighter (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-35) Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law.Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
