Apply for tomorrow's opportunity today, with VoltVolt is immediately hiring for a Heat Treat Racker- 2nd Shift in Paramount, California.As a Heat Treat Racker you will: * Verify identification of material matches Job Card. (i.e. Qty, Type, Heat #'s,etc.). * Clean/precoat material if required. * Rack material for free circulation of heating & cooling medium. * Ensure heat number separation is maintained, when required. Steel stamp bars as required. * Load/Unload furnaces, as required. Assist in setting and checking furnace instrumentation. * Assist in attaching load thermocouples and following other special instructions listed on the job card.* * Perform degreasing operation as required. * Position job for next process. Ensure heats are separate and tags are attached. * * Check furnaces/schedule for next loads.This is a full-time Temp-to-Hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have: * Read and write English. * Ability to operate a forklift. * Work near hot furnaces and material. * Ability to use computer. * know basic math. * Ability to lift, push, pull, carry heavy objects (up to 50-75lbs)Schedule: Monday-Friday 2nd shift 12pm-8:30pmPay Rate: $18/hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
