Our Aurora Carefree Living is looking for Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our growing and established Assisted Living community in Aurora, MN . We offer rewarding employment, resident-centered care, a team environment, and professional development with a dependable health care company. **Part time PM shifts with the possibility of Overnight available** RESPONSIBILITIES: Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided Assist adults with activities of daily living Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
