We are actively seeking detail-oriented team-players with a high level of integrity and strong communication skills.$1,000 BONUS UPON COMPLETING YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS OF SALESSales compensation will be based on experience and is commission-based. The PERFECT individual will gain tremendous earning potential!Job Duties: Pursues prospective customers, promotes valid sales incentives, and maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business which contributes to customer satisfaction. Understands and clarifies vehicles' characteristics, capabilities, and features; and offers comparable and/or competitively priced sales options to potential customers. Accompanies customers on test drives, builds rapport, and conducts business in an ethical and professional manner. Submits customer sales documentation to Finance & Insurance Manager, along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title etc.). Attends product and sales training courses as requested by Sales Manager. Meets monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Management Team. Job Requirements: No experience necessary, we offer paid training. Basic computer operating knowledge. Proficiency of automotive CRM software is a bonus.
