You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment• Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Qualifications: • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role• You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly About Company: NEW Staybridge Suites Extended Stay Hotel Ames IA. opening September 2023
