We are seeking a full-time motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. We are a real estate team of 28 agents valley-wide. Responsibilities:• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts• Guide clients through the home buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support• Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth transactions from contract to close• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements to ensure a smooth home-buying process• Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and local regulations• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives Qualifications:• Must be Full-Time Sales Agent • Must have a valid Real Estate License• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Compensation: $110,000 at plan commission About Company: The Ethridge Team currently consists of 28 agents Valley-wide.
