We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our client's full-service real estate firm to help with basic bookkeeping and office management. Do you want to work for a team that prides itself on its amazing CULTURE? Then this is the opportunity for you! Our client provides trusted brokerage services throughout the residential real estate cycle in South Florida. In this key support position, you will assist with vital accounting, administrative, and operational support to keep the Real Estate Office running smoothly. • Compensation $48,000 - $50,000• 2 weeks of paid time off• KW Paid Holidays Responsibilities: Accounting Support • Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, deposits, statements• Verify financial information and reports• Scan, file, and log records• Assist with agent disbursements and inquiries• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks Office Support • Act as Real Estate Office Administrator in their absence• Arrange training sessions and drive attendance• Onboard and support experienced agents joining the company• Assist leadership with administrative needs Qualifications:• 1-2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills• Strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple tasks• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail• Self-motivated with a steady, persistent work pace• Ability to learn new technologies quickly• Real estate license a plus, but not required Why Apply? • Development Opportunity• Be part of a trusted, full-service real estate firm• Utilize your amazing organizational and people skills• Gain valuable experience across accounting, office, and operational roles• Work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment Don't miss this fantastic opportunity!
