Seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a detailed-oriented paralegal to assist our company with landlord/tenant relationships and customer/supplier contracts. To ensure success, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who is a fast learner that works quickly and efficiently with excellent time management and organizational skills. An outstanding candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Essential Functions: drafts notices and other legal documents for leases, contracts, and other legal documents creates and maintains databases related to lawsuits and claims calendars events related to lawsuits and claims ensures all legal documents are handled effectively and routed correctly documenting processes and maintaining electronic records.
