Stillman Law Office is a multi-state Creditors Rights law firm. The Firm's practice areas include primarily Consumer/Commercial Collection and Insurance Subrogation. The Firm is seeking attorneys licensed in Massachusetts. Work would be based out of the candidates home but does require in person hearings within the State of Massachusetts. The position includes in person court appearances, research, review and drafting of pleadings. Candidates should have the following attributes: Reliable with strong work ethic. Pays attention to detail. Well organized. Ability to multi-task, as well as the ability to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment is essential. Ability to work in a team environment, and act as a team player. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with people at all organization levels of the firm. Qualifications: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook) * Admission to any of the following states would be a plus: Delaware Michigan Connecticut New Hampshire Massachusetts Maryland Washington, D.C. Interview/Material: Candidates must complete an application before the time of interview. Applicants for this position should be prepared for telephone interview(s), in lieu of on-site interview. * Candidates will be expected to send a clean copy of their resume.
