Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to support the marketing and customer service functions of the franchise. 2. Co-ordinate the work of divisions to ensure that marketing and sales efforts are fully integrated into the overall business strategy. 3. Represent the franchise, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the franchise, in negotiations or other official functions related to marketing and sales. 4. Select middle managers, or other executive staff for the marketing team, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions to ensure that the team is able to achieve its goals effectively and efficiently. 5. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the overall business goals of the franchise. 6. Oversee the franchise's team and manage relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners. 7. Create and manage budgets for marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes. 8. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the franchise, such as culinary and operations team to ensure that marketing and sales strategies are fully integrated into the overall business strategy. 9. Develop and implement effective pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and increase market share. 10.
