“Due to continued growth, SGE Marketing Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Marketing Account Manager for our Spring-Green brand in our Naperville, IL corporate office. The Marketing Account Manager for the Spring Green (SG) independently owned franchises (IOF) will have direct responsibility for the recommendations and management of franchise owner marketing plans and shared responsibility for implementation, analysis, & performance. The Marketing Account Manager will also communicate relevant updates and insights into the IOF system as appropriate to make the system aware of key efforts, strategies, and initiatives. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing Strategy & Analytics. This role also works with the stakeholders to communicate and ensure completion of the annual planning process. For IOF businesses, the Marketing Manager is responsible for working with Business Consultants and Franchise Operations to receive all franchise owners’ commitments to annual marketing activities and spend, and to ensure adherence to annual playbook process. The Marketing Manager with input/oversight from the Director of Marketing Strategy & Analytics, works with the DMO and SMEs to initiate marketing projects/initiatives, ensuring effective project briefs and request tickets are posted in marketing project management system, and reviews timing and completion dates. Also responsible for developing working relationships with franchise owners to ensure effective communications on programs, initiatives, and testing and is the primary point of contact for stakeholder questions/inquiries regarding marketing.” We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, as well as a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance, as well as an FSA and 401(k) plan.This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week in the Naperville office and two work from home. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Shares accountability with the marketing team for Spring-Green Independent Owned Franchise marketing performance. Works with the VP of Operations and Business Consultants to ensure understanding and timely execution of plans, marketing tickets, and ad hoc requests. Support the operations teams request for engagement with franchise owners as appropriate to review and discuss performance and create recommendations, with plans, to improve performance. Act as the liaison between the SG Operations team and the DMO and marketing team, troubleshooting, and creating context for requests /tickets that the marketing team is being asked to help with. Lead the SG quarterly strategic marketing planning sessions with department heads and SME’s. Facilitate the SG – IOF monthly performance reviews with department heads and SME’s. Collaborate with COO, DMSA, DMO, and stakeholders to find new opportunities and areas of improvement that can help accelerate the company's growth. Partner with the DMO and SME’s to manage the Spring Green Annual marketing planning process. Responsible for directly managing various marketing projects for the Spring Green brand working in collaboration with the Account Director for SG COF and various stakeholders. Partner with PMO/DMO to create and manage Spring Green’s annual backend analysis, recommendations, playbooks and enrollment kits process. Responsible for the oversight and delivery of the Home Turf Report, the Team Trends newsletter, KnowledgeBase communications, webinars, and National Training (NTC) conference as assigned. Marketing calendar: creates , manages, and partners with DMO to ensure effective execution. Marketing section of the operating manual (update) in the Knowledge Base. Marketing challenges/opportunity identification in conjunction with DMSA; leads implementation of franchise-specific programs as approved. Coordinates marketing training for new franchise owners, depending on the business. Participates in Discovery Days and other franchise owner meetings as requested. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, A dvertising or related field. 3 – 5 years of related experience managing marketing programs, calendars, brands and budgets while working with a variety of stakeholders.
