Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for an Outpatient Adult Clinic. We are a Quality of Care Focused Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic in Kokomo, IN. First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits through UHC. Temp to Perm available 1-hour Eval, 30-45 min follow up visits We treat on average 9-12 patients per day. 1-hour evaluations and 30-45 minute follow-up appointments. Flexible schedules available: Requirements for the Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient Pediatrics Determine appropriate OT/Occupational Therapy patients, create an individualized treatment plan (long and short-term goals) and make adjustments as necessary Master's degree, or higher, in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program Occupational Therapy license, or pending, in the state Current CPR Certificate BENEFITS for CCI Travel Occupational Therapist (OT): Competitive compensation and personalized service 100% Medical and Dental coverage from your first day of employment. 3 different Health plans to choose from that best fit your needs.
