We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team in Mount Kisco, NY. *MUST BE VACCINATED!* What we offer: Pay: $18-21/hour (weekly pay!) Medical Receptionist Job Duties: Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly, providing directions and registering new patients accurately. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing necessary information. Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with insurance forms and billing inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, manage paperwork, and replenish supplies. Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and test results. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any concerns or special needs.
