If you are looking for a career with career advancement opportunities, top of the industry pay rates, and excellent benefits package then join our team today!Benefits * Safety First Work environment. * TOP LEVEL PAY $20.00-$30.00 per hour (pay is based on experience level). * Established CAREER PATH & On the Job Training. * TOP OF THE INDUSTRY: Health, Dental, Vision & Life insurance. * Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy. * 401(k) Plan with discretionary company match! * Year-round work opportunitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities * Perform work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications. * Restore, Removal, Repair, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheetmetal) under the direction of a foreman. * Knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified, BUR, Sheet metal and other types of Commercial Roofing. * Ability to receive instruction and produce work accordingly. * Punctuality and consistent attendance.Requirements * Two (2) plus years of commercial metal roofing experience. * Commercial Roofing experience. * Willing to complete all pre-employment screening processes. * Willing to work in at varying heights and weather conditions. * Valid driver's license (Required). * Ability to travel (Required). * Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary. * Ability to life 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet. * 18 years of age or older. * Authorized to work in the United States FL License Number: CCC048202Simon Roofing has over 100 years in the industry as a family owned company.
