Volt is immediately hiring a Senior Sustaining Engineer in San Antonio, TX with a well-known industry leader. In this Role you will be responsible for supporting large-scale programs for the Product Engineering Department. In addition, the Senior Product Engineer performs work that involves conventional engineering practice but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unconventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements. This is a first shift position. As a Senior Sustaining Engineer you will: * Be Responsible for organizing, planning, monitoring, controlling, and scheduling the necessary activities of large scale projects to achieve goals. * Requires strong technical writing in support of design inputs, design outputs, qualification activities, regulatory requirements, and related pursuits. * Follow Design Control procedures and comply with requirements of 21CFR820 Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971 as applicable. * Plan, develop, and implement Engineering Change plans Estimated Duration 24+ months. The ideal candidate will have: * Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Electrical, or similar Engineering disciplines * Quality system, Design Control, ISO and scheduling experience : Pay Rate: $45.00-50.00 hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
