Come Join Our Team! The Daughters of Charity is a congregate living facility for the retired Sisters of the Daughters of Charity. Independent living, assisted living and memory care is available. We are located in a wonderful park-like setting. Vehicle parking is onsite.We currently have an opening for a part-time receptionist. This position would be in the front office. Experience in using a multi-line phone is needed. This individual should enjoy working with a senior population. Good communication skills are essential. Confidentiality and professional discretion are needed. The responsibilities include:Responsible for accurately directing phone calls to the appropriate person or departmentResponsible for taking accurate messages when needed.Responsible for greeting and directing visitors/vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.Responding to our Sisters' requests when needed.The ability to react positively to change is necessary.The ability to handle other tasks as assigned.Have a familiarity with office equipment and applications including copiers, printers, fax machines, e-mail etc.A knowledge of Excel and Word is helpful. The schedule is as follows:Monday- 4pm-8pmEvery other weekend:Saturday- 8am-2pmSunday- 8am-2pmHolidays will be determinedPlease call 518-462-XXXX if you have questions. Come grow with us!
