Job Overview Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full time Tier 1 Purchasing Analyst to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that is self-motivated and reliable. Responsibilities: Manage purchase orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Participate in cross-functional team projects to support the supply chain's procurement objectives. Support data analysis efforts to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for supply chain improvements. Represent procurement in supplier engagements. Communicate promptly any order delays and information to all relevant stakeholders. Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing costs and streamlining processes. Perform additional tasks as needed to support the procurement team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with both internal team members and external suppliers. A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
