This is the ideal time to get in and establish yourself as a Top Sales Representative and further your career in sales. We offer free health care, a competitive commission structure, bonuses, PTO and other benefits. Leads are very warm and most customers are happy to speak with you. What we are looking for from our New Sales Representatives: - Looking to earn a SIGNIFICANT income, by dedicating 40 hours each week, making phone calls, and closing sales - Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills; in person, online, or on the phone - Previous experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software - Must work well in a Team Environment and also work independently, without constant supervision - Have an unbeatable work ethic and willing to go the extra mile - Must have a winning attitude, be highly motivated and coachable - High pay potential for those willing to put in the work The training rate is $15.25/hr . Upon completion of the probationary period salary increase to $13.25 with an additional $5-$20 per hour with bonuses & commission AVERAGE COMMISSION $2K - $5K PER MONTH TOP EARNERS MAKE 8-10K IN COMMISSION PER MONTH. Our last class went 3/3 for COMMISSION their first week on the phone.
