Olympic View Care Center in Port Angeles, WA is now hiring an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (DON)! Come join our amazing team! When a loved one comes to our skilled nursing facility, they will be well cared for, will feel heard, and will know that they matter. We strongly believe that the key to this is through our incredible staff! What you will do: Under the supervision of the DON, the ADON assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs Follows all center infection control and safety measures Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned and stocked appropriately Participates in development and implementation of resident specific care plans Any other tasks as directed by the DON Must have: Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred Caldera Cares for you!
