Silver Ridge Care Center in Coeur'd Alene, ID is now hiring Registered Nurses (RNs)! Come join our amazing team! Candidates who complete an in-person interview and application are eligible to receive a $25 VISA gift card, while supplies last. Must have active credentials to qualify Shifts Available: AM, NOC Pay: starting @ $45 per hour with additional shift differentials of $2.50/hour for working EVENING and NOC shifts. On the weekend, we offer $1/hour for working DAY shifts. We also offer $5K Sign-on Bonus (spread over a year) Who we are: Silver Ridge Care Center is part of the Caldera Care family. What you will do: Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans Act as a leader to support a team of LPN's and CNA's Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON Must have: Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME!) Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently Caldera Cares for you!
