Job Description: Remote Clinical Supervisor Are you a licensed mental health professional with experience in clinical supervision? Join our team at Wings of the Future as a Remote Clinical Supervisor and play a pivotal role in supporting and mentoring our healthcare providers to deliver high-quality services. In this remote position, you will oversee the clinical practice of our team members and ensure adherence to professional standards and best practices. Responsibilities: Provide remote clinical supervision to healthcare providers, including counselors, therapists, and social workers, through video conferencing and other virtual platforms. Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to review cases, assess clinical skills, and offer guidance on treatment approaches. Monitor the performance and progress of supervisees, providing constructive feedback and support for professional development. Collaborate with supervisees to develop personalized professional goals and continuing education plans. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and organizational policies in clinical practice. Assist in resolving clinical and ethical dilemmas that arise during therapy sessions or client interactions. Maintain accurate and confidential records of supervision sessions, case consultations, and supervisee progress. Stay current with developments in the field of mental health counseling and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with clinical supervision endorsement. Minimum of [X years] experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting. Proven track record of effective clinical supervision and mentorship.
