Elite Staffing Network is seeking a RN/Med/Surg, in Hartsville, SC. Up to $20k sign on bonus! Responsibilities: - Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and manage patient care- Perform triage assessments to determine the priority of patient needs- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history- Assist with medical procedures and emergency interventions- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques- Participate in discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions of care Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of SC- Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols- Proficient in triage assessments and prioritizing patient needs- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations- Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferredJoin our dynamic team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional emergency room care.
