Duties:- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts costs- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle history Requirements:- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service center is a plus- Knowledge of tire service, shocks, struts, and general mechanical repairs- Excellent sales and communication skills- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers- Familiarity with automotive systems and components- Proficient in using computer software for estimating, invoicing, and record keeping- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits:- Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year based on experience - Health insurance options - Paid time off and holidays - 5-day work week (Monday - Friday) - No Weekends - Great hours (7:30 AM - 5 PM) If you meet the requirements listed above and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume for consideration.
