As the right-hand person to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities:• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.• Manage and prioritize incoming communication, including emails, calls, and visitors, on behalf of the CEO.• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and other business requirements.• Conduct research and gather information to assist the CEO in decision-making and problem-solving.• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
