Receptionist/Legal Assistant wanted for Sarasota Law Firm. Duties include answering phones, greeting clients, opening files, scheduling and calendaring appointments, word processing, and general administrative duties. Law firm experience preferred. Health insurance is provided. Sign On Bonus. Please send resume. Responsibilities: • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions• Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed• Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information Qualifications: • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 About Company: Downtown Sarasota family-friendly law firm with beautiful offices and first-class technology.
