Your responsibilities will include: Uploading and downloading documents and information from the Soft Pro System with precision and care Thriving in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every task is executed accurately and efficiently Collaborating seamlessly with various teams to ensure all necessary documents are readily available Independently meeting deadlines and delivering top-notch results Leveraging your experience with Soft Pro to streamline administrative processes Qualifications & Experience: High School Diploma or GED Proven track record in administrative roles, with a knack for being data savvy A keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially when the pressure's on Stellar communication skills, allowing you to thrive in a diverse team environment Self-motivated with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines Prior experience with Soft Pro is a plus Background in Mortgage/Title work is a plus Ready to Make Your Mark?
