About the position: Full-time opening for a Sports Medicine Primary Care Provider 50/50 combination of sports medicine and family medicine primary care EPIC EMR Certified by NCQA as a level 3 Medical Home Model of Care Bi-lingual Spanish or Arabic speaking is highly valuable for this opening, but is not required Excellent trained professional Medical Interpreter Department is part of the Practice Team. Who we are seeking: MD or DO Residency and fellowship in family medicine and sports medicine, respectively.
