Role and Responsibilities: π Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends; includes rotating calls with managers. π Lead a Level III NICU with a daily census of 75 and oversight of 99 beds. π€ Direct the overall function, staffing, and budget monitoring of the NICU. π Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. πΌ Develop policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory standards to ensure efficient and patient-centered care. Qualifications: π Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred. π Active RN license in Texas or a compact state. β€οΈ Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS and specialized certifications like NRP preferred. π₯ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within healthcare required.
