Join the BrightStar Team as an Assistant Director of Nursing and Shine!Do you enjoy a mix of leadership responsibilities while also being able to care for patients? - Our Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for leading the oversight of the delivery of care and overall quality for our local team.Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities: Conduct client service assessments and reassessments Perform compliance tasks to maintain regulatory standards Provide leadership and support to nursing staff Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures Participate in staff training and development programs Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocolsHere are some of the perks: Weekly pay w/direct deposit Medical benefits 401k Paid time off Flexible scheduling Growth opportunitiesRegistered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided. Minimum of one year nursing experience. Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational and multi-tasking skills Strong understanding of federal and state home health regulations; experience with Joint Commission a plus. Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull.
