These efforts play a critical role in our multi-channel campaigns driving sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness. This role works closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and actively collaborates with peers responsible for SEO, Social Media, email marketing and websites to deliver fully integrated cohesive campaigns.This person will, Create and deploy digital marketing strategies and execute digital marketing plans to support customer acquisition and brand awareness objectives across the LOBs to include digital media, SEO, PPC, Social CRM, the Associated Bank website, email marketing and emerging digital marketing tools. Execute on-page and off-page SEO. Work across marketing teams to develop and manage focused digital marketing support when needed in order to increase the profile and results in strategically identified campaigns. Identify and manage external vendor relationships to deliver digital features/functionality as desired. Create, categorize, and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors to Associated Bank.com website and supports in-flight marketing campaign efforts.RequirementsEducation Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience RequiredExperience 7-10 years of Marketing or advertising agency, database marketing firms, etc. Demonstrated success in many forms of digital and social media marketing including but not limited to content marketing, digital advertising, SEO, PPC, re-targeting, social media, on-line communities & web analytics Required 4-7 years of Digital technologies, website management within a content management system, website and user experience testing and quality assurance tools and e commerce solutions RequiredIn addition to core traditional benefits, we take pride in offering benefits for every stage of life.
