When clients hire our office, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our Attorneys are critical to our firm's goal of providing our clients with the highest level of legal representation.--Our Attorneys work in tandem with the rest of the team in providing the ultimate experience.--This position requires the right combination of communication skills, empathy, and dedication. Benefits: --- Bonus! --- 2 weeks paid time off (PTO) to start! --- Monthly contributions for Health Benefits! --- Monday - Friday schedule Responsibilities: --- Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings --- Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies --- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions --- Passion for lawyering and being in the courtroom making a difference --- Honesty is critical and good ethical character is essential --- Love connecting with people --- Passionate about helping others --- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment --- ---Treats a 4:30 call on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning --- Exceptional curiosity - Ownership mindset Qualifications: --- Admitted to practice law in Tennessee --- General or criminal law experience is a plus --- Experience in other law firms or government legal departments is a plus --- At least 3 years of criminal law experience preferred About Company: Andrew C.
