The Quality Assurance team is essential for our company's success. The Inspector's primary responsibility is inspecting our rental properties to ensure they are in excellent condition for our guests and homeowners. Overview of job responsibilities: Inspecting rentals for cleaning and maintenance issues Property preparation Property inventory and staging Delivering needed items to guests The ideal candidate will: Have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) and a cell phone. Be honest, ethical, and dependable. Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Showcase outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Be energetic and guest focused. This is a Full-Time position that offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k Our company is full of amazing people all working together to provide a boutique-style experience and outstanding service for our customers and property owners.
