It is with you, that industry can do it! We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Field Service Technician who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it! At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:* Provide service and customer support during field visits of precision cylindrical grinding, centerless grinding and double disc grinding machines.* Manage all on site repairs, maintenance, and test tasks.* Identify and diagnose errors or technical problems and determine the proper solution to resolve unique situations.* Produce timely and detail service reports.* Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendation.* Build positive relationships with customers.
