Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and be able to handle various tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.Responsibilities: * Contact customers regarding past-due accounts * Match up received paperwork with accounts payable * Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations * Assist with other accounting tasks as needed * Work with Lien Waiver process * Process credit applications * Contact ReferencesPreferred Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelPhysical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
