Job DescriptionHourly pay rate up to $21, Depending on experience.Our company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: * Assist the Office Manager in daily office operations * Accounting/bookkeeping * Helps oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed * Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations * Coordinate office events and meetingsPreferred Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related field * 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
