You will provide staffing support throughout the medical center to adequately meet the volume and acuity of patients. Float Pool RN's perform direct patient care in a variety of patient care areas such as medical surgical, stepdown, and ICU level of care. You will also be relied on to formulate and implement plans of care and evaluate care effectiveness in collaboration with medical staff and in accordance with the policies and procedures of IHN. *We have full-time and part-time opportunities.*At *Inspira Health*, youll join the areas most dedicated and distinguished team to bring quality and compassionate care to our communities. The scope and depth of our network can open many doors for your learning and career growth.*RN QUALIFICATIONS** Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Non-BSN nurses must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school or professional nursing and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.* BSN or MSN graduates preferred.* Minimum of 3 years post education clinical experience and competencies for desired role in medical surgical acute / progressive care units.*Certifications/ Licensure Required** Current New Jersey license* Current American Heart Association BLS Health Care Provider* Current American Heart Association - ACLS*PCT QUALIFICATIONS**MUST* have *ONE* of the following:* Hold a current CPCT (Patient Care Technician) or CNA (Certified Nurse Aid) certification* Completed 1 clinical rotation in a college nursing program* Experience as an Inpatient Technician (clinical, mental health), HHA, CNA, PCT or DSP* Please note that Medical Assistant MA experience does NOT count*Find your inspiration.*Team players, leaders, innovators, nurturers, educators, advocates, people with characterthese are the people we hire at Inspira.
