Mercy Flights was established in 1949 and is a non-profit EMS agency providing clinical services for Ground, Rotor Wing and Fixed Wing 911 EMS and Inter-facility transports. We are supported by a state of the art Communications Center, full simulation lab and top of the line equipment. Position Information: $5,000 - $10,000 sign-on bonus for part-time or full-time candidates with a one (1) year employment commitment Relocation package may be available Starting pay rate: Market comparable (Depending on Qualifications) Full benefits package including: Company paid employee medical, dental & vision (dependent coverage options available), cafeteria plan, flexible spending dollars, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k w/company contribution, employee assistance program (EAP), earned time off (ETO) and company provided uniforms Full-time and part-time status available with schedules that promote work/life balance Daily overtime if shift exceeds 12 hours. Qualification Requirements: Current Oregon Paramedic License Current Driver's License Current Nationally Registered Paramedic certification BLS, ACLS and PALS or PEPP certifications. Required to obtain eighteen (18) months of start date in position Experience working in emergency medical services preferred.
