We are looking for a responsible receptionist/assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a law office. Duties include assisting in daily office needs and managing the general administrative activities of a law office. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, and take messages. Answer and direct emails. Organize and schedule appointments. Prepare and distribute typed correspondence, emails, memos, and forms. Prepare billing. Data entry. Maintain a filing system and contact lists. Skills Experience as an office receptionist/assistant, in a legal setting is preferred but not required. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook. Must be comfortable working on a computer most of your day. Ability to transcribe dictation. Knowledge of legal technology is helpful (efiling, transcription software, copier/printer). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Strong Organizational Skills Attention to Detail including the Ability to Ensure a Task is Seen through to Completion Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Education: High school or equivalent Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year Front desk/reception: 2 years Work Location: In personrecblid h9gx74volu8yeb2shwauchn192zs47 PDN-9be7955d-2a7d-485a-9f75-822944bf1fa4
