Nurse Practitioner - Family physician employment in Oregon : Outpatient Advanced Primary Care - $20K Signing & Flexible Schedule Our client seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner for a rewarding advanced primary care clinic in Medford, OR . Our client's vision is to create a health revolution by enlivening people, invigorating companies, and transforming healthcare. They ensure that the right people get the right care at the right time, making patients healthier, happier, and more productive. Highlights: 10 to 15 patients each day for 30-to-60-minute appointments Flexible work week Salary range: $115,000 - $138,000 depending on experience + 6% quality bonus $20,000 Sign-on bonus Work for an innovative provider where you will focus on prevention, delivering practical treatment for chronic and acute care needs, and providing disease and case management services Highly competitive compensation package including salary, premium medical, CME, 401K, and generous PTO Responsibilities: Provide primary care medical services to patients including preventative, maintenance, and episodic care. Facilitate and create a culture of health and wellness with patients through health coaching, health risk assessment, and other health promotion activity coordination. Assist with occupational injuries and disability issues. Provide tailored one-on-one health coaching to individuals around their stated health goals, both in-person and telephonically Qualifications: Minimum required Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Family Nurse Practitioner with national board certification is preferred Spanish is a plus but not required Don't wait, apply today!
