Why You Should Apply: Paid internship Excellent industry experience for your resume Skill-building responsibilities Networking opportunities What You Will Do: Learn about the senior living sales process and industry practices/norms. Assist with planning and set-up of monthly networking events and open houses. Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events, as well as tour/outreach gifts. Gain practical knowledge of managing a marketing budget. Conduct daily walk-throughs of the property and grounds to ensure show-readiness. Review sales and occupancy data to identify areas of opportunity and focus. Why You Are Qualified: Current high school or college student with an interest in the senior living industry (sales/marketing focus). Self-motivated with an ability to prioritize. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Eagerness to execute tasks, demonstrating interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving tactics, organization, professionalism, and respect. Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete pre-employment practices as required by law. Applicants understand that this is a temporary, paid internship. EOE.
