Job Type: Seasonal Full-Time (May - September) Location: Narragansett,Rhode Island Shift & Schedule: 6:30am - 2:30pm/3pm and maybe 8am-4pm Application Question: Will you be ok standing/ moving for your entire shift? Position Summary: The Supervisor will assist with the oversight of the staff and operation, while delivering the company's standards of customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer serviceenvironment. Respond tocustomer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incidentreports. Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation ofstaff. Communicate with staff on a regular basis andcommunicatepolicy changes, new programs, andoperational changes. Assistlocal managementwith maintainingand/or catalogingall equipment,uniforms, andsupplies. Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logsand identifydiscrepanciesas applicable. Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parkingviolators, as applicable. Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions atthe assigned facilitiesand reportanysafety or maintenance issues tolocal management. Enforce policy/procedure, rules, andregulations. Provide the company's standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking eachcustomer at the end of theinteraction. Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties asneeded. Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other special projects as assigned by local management. Minimum Job Qualifications High School degreeor equivalent preferred. Oneyearof related customer service experience preferred. Parking experiencepreferred. Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through writtenand electroniccorrespondence. Must have a valid DMV driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience. Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer. Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmissionvehicle. Ability toleadin afast-pacedenvironment. Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendlymanner. Exhibit leadership, coaching and motivationalskills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
