Early Childhood Education Toddler Lead Teacher desired at outstanding early childhood educational program. We seek a highly motivated, professional, warm and loving individual to join our team. Experience teaching preschool and a degree in early childhood education or related field or Associate's degree in ECE or Child Development is required.Must be able to work a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. Qualified applicants are encouraged to submit a cover letter and resume for immediate interview. Duties The lead teacher will develop program along established guidelines and provide a safe, nurturing, positive classroom environment. The lead teacher works with the assistant teacher as a team to implement daily teaching and learning activities. Expectations of preschool teachers are to be kind, professional, helpful, self-starters, and creative. Lead teachers will design plans to meet the individual needs of each child in order to reach his/her maximum potential. Preschool teachers need to adapt easily to changing situations and be the leader in the classroom. Requirements Passion for working with young children High energy. Ability to work well with others. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must clear full background check from Bright from the Start Experience teaching preschool and a degree in early childhood education or related field or TCC, Associate's degree in ECE or Child Development is required.
