Employbridge is seeking a skilled and experienced Master Plumber to join a Property management Company. Full Time Pay Rate: DOE Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Holiday, and PTO The Master Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in various plumbing techniques and the ability to work independently.Duties: * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances * Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems * -Collaborate with clients to determine their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing installations * Use power tools and equipment to cut, bend, thread, and assemble pipes * Perform pipe threading, soldering, and welding as necessary * Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems * Collaborate with other construction professionals on remodeling projects * Provide guidance and support to apprentices or junior plumbersQualifications: - Proven experience as a Plumber in residential or commercial settings - Proficient in various plumbing techniques, including pipe threading, soldering, and welding - Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to plumbing installations - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, etc. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Physical stamina for performing tasks that involve heavy lifting or working in confined spaces - Excellent communication and customer service skillsSkills: - Plumbing installation and repair - Pipe threading - Remodeling projects - Reading blueprints - Basic math calculations - Use of power tools - Building maintenanceWe offer competitive pay based on experience.
