? Proficiency in performance testing tools such as HP LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.? Experience with SAP systems and modules, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.? Strong understanding of SAP architecture, business processes, and performance tuning techniques.? Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or Python for test automation.? Familiarity with database technologies like SAP HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server.? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.? Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred). ? Designing and executing performance tests for SAP applications to ensure scalability, reliability, and stability.? Developing performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios based on business requirements and system architecture.? Analyzing test results, identifying performance bottlenecks, and providing recommendations for optimization.? Collaborating with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to resolve performance issues.? Monitoring system performance during load tests and identifying opportunities for performance improvements.? Documenting performance testing processes, findings, and best practices
