Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender• Buyer lead follow-up• Buyer sales• Buyer lead generation• CRM and Database management• Close appointments• Sales scripts mastery• Close sales Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• A real estate license is required • Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Our LuxurySold team is rapidly expanding into our Phoenix partners!
