Requisition No:827895 Agency: Justice Administrative Commission Working Title: STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE, 18TH CIRCUIT: LEGAL ASSISTANT I : Pay Plan: State Attorneys JAC Position Number: Salary: 32, Posting Closing Date: 04/30/ Total Compensation EstimatorTool JOB POSTING NOTICE POSTING NUMBER 24:27 INTERNAL/EXTERNAL JOB TITLE : Legal Assistant l PAY GRADE : 44 : 32,500.00 Annually DIVISION : Misdemeanor LOCATION : Sanford SUPERVISOR : Betty Coit DATE POSTED: April 22, EXPIRATION: April 30, RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES General secretarial duties include the maintenance of case files; entry of case report data into STAC (internal case tracking database); logging of files; a variety of secretarial tasks, including but not limited to, uploading informations, requests for certified copies of convictions, word processing of correspondence, appointment letters and scanning. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior organizational skills, flexibility, and a willingness to perform additional duties as requested. MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE A high school diploma or equivalency and one year of secretarial/clerical experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. DESIRED SKILLS Strong STAC skills, Clerk database, Word and Excel experience desirable. Ability to work in a fast:paced, team:oriented environment is a must.
