Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Description The Facility Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Maintenance Manager or General Manager. This individual will ensure all facility functions support safe and effective site operations. This role is key to maintaining the facility and creating a positive impression and environment for Tosca team members, leaders, visitors and customers. Job Responsibilities: :Repair, maintain/monitor all production and support equipment. :Ensure that the ceilings, walls, doors, and windows are presentable and in good repair :Conduct all preventative maintenance for facility systems including HVAC, lighting and plumbing. :On call maintenance for all facilities matters, 24/7 :Strong Fabrication and welding skills are preferred.:Perform duties assigned per the master sanitation program. Manage the collection and removal of all facility recyclable and waste materials to maintain good housekeeping and maximizing any related revenue stream for the site. :Support CMMS and spare parts inventory management programs :Performs other work:related duties as assigned :Must be able to work flexible hours :Assists other maintenance team members as requested:Willing to learn the Maintenance Mechanic job duties to provide support in emergency situations.:TS123 Qualifications: :General Maintenance Knowledge:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).:Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.:Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.:Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.:Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.:Experience performing routine maintenance.:Strong organizational and follow up skills.:Eye for detail.:Professional presentation and attitude.:Ability to maintain focus while working individually.:Strong time management skills. Work Schedule 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Why Tosca?
