Physician Assistant physician job in West Virginia : The Inline Group - Full Time Hours:8, 10, and 12-hour Shifts Available Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 22 to 25 Patients Seen Daily Call Schedule: None Loan Repayment Compensation: Salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 Benefits: 3 weeks Paid Time Off Annually(PTO) 8 Paid Holidays Extended Sick Pay (ESP) Medical Health Insurance and Prescription Coverage Basic Life Insurance for Employee and Family Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability 401(k) Voluntary Contribution Plan Health Reimbursement Account 1 Week of Continuing Medical Education Paid Annually Employee Elected Voluntary Coverage for Employee and FamilyLife Insurance, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Spending Account License reimbursement Additional Info: Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with executive management, managers, physicians, non-physician providers, support staff, other departments, and patients/families. Good clinical judgment Critical thinking skills are necessary to exercise and lead others in applying acceptable standards of practice. Successful completion of an approved physician assistant program. Currently approved by The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Must be currently licensed as a physician assistant in the state.
